We’re seeking a skilled Revit Technician (MEP) with experience in prefabrication and structural integration to join a growing design and engineering team based in County Westmeath.

This is a hands-on technical role focused on producing fabrication-level MEP drawings with close coordination between mechanical systems and structural elements. You’ll play a key role in developing models and detailed outputs for off-site construction of complex building services — including pipe spools, supports, and steelwork layouts — for high-spec infrastructure projects across Europe.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

• • Create detailed, coordinated MEP models in Revit for prefabrication and construction.
• • Produce accurate fabrication drawings for mechanical systems (pipework, ductwork) and associated structural supports.
• • Coordinate closely with structural and architectural teams to ensure buildability and spatial integration.
• • Support off-site construction workflows with high-quality, clash-free drawing sets.
• • Maintain project standards and documentation in line with internal BIM protocols.
• • Collaborate with engineers and fabricators throughout the project lifecycle.

✅ What We’re Looking For

• 3–5+ years of experience as a Revit MEP Technician in a building services or prefabrication environment.
• Proven track record producing detailed fabrication drawings for M&E systems.
• Strong understanding of how MEP systems interface with steelwork and structural components.
• Solid knowledge of Revit MEP; experience with Navisworks, AutoCAD is a plus
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently within fast-paced project cycles..
• Previous exposure to off-site construction or modular assembly is highly desirable.
• Pension (6% employer contribution).
• Familiarity with data centre or industrial projects is a bonus.
